All packages are cold shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is a 1-3 three day shipping service, depending on your geographic location. This is the transit time only and does not include the order processing time. 

All deer scents are bottled and shipped within hours of being collected from live whitetail deer. All orders are cold shipped with adequate and reusable cold gel packs to insure scents stay cool while in transit. 

*** Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing, even though most orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed. By ordering in advance this will insure you receive your products on time and in time for your scheduled hunt. You may also preorder more than two weeks in advance and indicate a shipping date at time of check out. We will then place your order in "backorder status" and ship on your requested shipping date.

Our return policy is simple; if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of the scent purchase.
